VOLUNTEER ACTIVITY INSTRUCTIONS

Your kit includes the following items:

Work with your table to divide out the supplies.
Use the art supplies to write a decorative WOW! on the sandwich bag label. (Young Learners will add their sight words to this bag once they have mastered that word!)
Use the art supplies to add color to the pictures on the back of the card. Not every picture needs to be completed! Aim to add color to at least 8 flash cards.
Assemble all the kit supplies into the gallon size Ziploc bags provided and seal them.
Once everyone at your table is finished, return the completed kits to the box, and designate a member of your table to place the box in your color section of the stage.

Your kits will be used by United Way Community Partner, Enrichment Services Program!

Your kit includes the following items:

Work with your table to divide out the supplies.
Decorate your encouragement cards! Use the art supplies in the center of your table to write an encouraging note. Examples: “You Are Amazing”, “Don’t forget how awesome you are!”, “Have A Great Day!”
Assemble all your kit supplies and encouragement card into your Ziploc bag and seal.
Once everyone at your table is finished, return the completed kits to the box, and designate a member of your table to place the box in your color section of the stage.

Your kits will be used by United Way Community Partner, SafeHouse Ministries!

Your kit includes the following items:

Work with your table to count out the items and place them in the craft bag provided.
Decorate your encouragement cards! Use the art supplies in the center of your table to write an encouraging note. Examples: “You Are Amazing”, “Don’t forget how awesome you are!”, “Shine Bright!”
Place your encouragement card in the craft bag with the other supplies.
Once everyone at your table has completed their kits, return the completed kits to the box, and designate a member of your table to place the box in your color section of the stage.

Your kits will be used by United Way Community Partner, Girls Inc.!

Your kit includes 1 item of the following:

Place all your snack items in the provided Ziploc bags.
Decorate your encouragement cards! Use the art supplies at your table to draw something a child 5-10 years old would enjoy. Or write an encouraging note: “Have A Great Day”, “Don’t forget how awesome you are!” Get creative with your cards and remember to keep it age appropriate!
Place your encouragement card in the Ziploc bag and seal it.
Once everyone at your table has completed their kits, return the completed kits to the box, and designate a member of your table to place the box in your color section of the stage.

Your kits will be used by United Way Community Partner, Boys & Girls Clubs!
